This property is split and will be shared with the lower level tenants whom are the property owners who occupy it from time to time, however it is completely private with separate entrances and laundry facilities.

The entrance has stairs leading up to an open concept kitchen with a fridge/freezer, over the range microwave, oven/stop and dishwasher, and living room, the floors are laminated throughout and there are numerous windows offering ample light. There are stairs that lead out onto an open deck with a large garden area.
