Green Door Property Management is pleased to offer this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom furnished condo for long term rental at Mountain View Villas in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC.
Located on the main level, this fully furnished bright condo has an open concept living space, a partially equipped kitchen, a small tall dining table with 4 chairs but more suited for 2 chairs/adults. The living room has carpeted floors and leather couches with a hide-a-bed in addition to access to the balcony with stunning mountain & partial golf course views. The kitchen has a stove top, over the range microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The kitchen does not feature an oven but a toaster oven is provided and plenty of space for an air fryer. Enter the condo through a shared entrance where the full sized washer and dryer are located. Laundry facilities are used by tenants of this property only and are not used by any other residents of the Villas.
The living room features an electric fireplace, there is baseboard heat throughout and you will be thankful for the AC unit in the living room in the beautiful Summer months.
The spacious bedroom features a king bed, closet space and an entrance to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom can be accessed by another door via the open concept kitchen. The bathroom features a large tub however the jets have been permanently disconnected. The balcony can also be accessed from the bedroom.
Parking is available outside of the building, as well as onsite garbage bins. There is no elevator but this is a main floor level unit so climbing stairs will not be necessary.
Fairmont is the perfect base for an adventurer with access to hiking & biking trails from your door. Multi-season fun is waiting for you at the famous Hot Springs as they are less than 2 km away (hike or drive), while Radium Hot Springs is around a 25 minute drive north. The Fairmont grocery store, a pizza place, gift stores and some dining options are a short 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive away. Take a leisurely stroll to the Fairmont Markets in the Summer months. More dining and shopping options and plenty of Summer and Winter fun can be located in Invermere, a short 15 minute drive North.
You are central to winter activities as we sit on the “Powder Highway”. 35 minutes from Panorama, moments from Fairmont and 90 minutes from Kicking Horse, Kimberley and Sunshine ski hills. As a result of the snowfall – there is also Cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobiling and heli-skiing available in the area.
