Blackforest Heights is a small, quiet subdivision on the outskirts of Invermere, 3km from the downtown core. This spacious duplex is in a superb location for local employees with spectacular mountain views.
This two bedroom, one bathroom suite is unfurnished, is available for a 12 month term with the option to extend and has all appliances including a washer and dryer in suite. This property is split and will be shared with the lower level tenants whom are the property owners who occupy it from time to time, however it is completely private with separate entrances and laundry facilities.
The entrance has stairs leading up to an open concept kitchen (with a fridge/freezer, over the range microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher), and living room. The floors are laminated throughout and there are numerous windows offering ample light. There are stairs that lead out onto an open deck with a large garden area. The master bedroom offers a spacious walk in closet with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the tub that can also be accessed from the hallway. The property offers a garage and the tool shed is negotiable.
Close to all the amenities of the Columbia Valley, this home is located less than 5 minutes from Invermere’s down town and Lake Windermere, 30 minutes from Panorama and 15 minutes from both Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs.
