I am looking for a future rental property!
We take on new properties throughout the year and tenants move out of the properties we manage all of the time and typically only need to provide one months notice. Continue to monitor our website, Facebook and Instagram pages as all new rental properties will be listed there.
How do I apply?
We receive a high volume of applications daily and as we are a small team, we cannot conduct viewings with every applicant so whether you want to apply now or in the future, the first step to be considered is to submit an application on our website here; www.gdpm.ca/rental-application/
If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be contacted for a viewing which can be conducted in person (our preference) or virtually if you do not live locally.
None of your properties are suitable for me!
Not to worry! We manage a wide range of properties between Canal Flats and Radium Hot Springs. Please subscribe to our mailing list which can be found at the bottom of our home page at www.gdpm.ca. Whenever we list a new rental property, you will be emailed with a link to the listing on our website where you can find photos and more detailed information. The email will also contain a link to our application form if you wish to apply.
I already submitted an application previously, do I need to submit another one?
No. If nothing on your previous application has significantly changed, then you do not need to submit another application form. Kindly email mailbox@gdpm.ca if there is a new property you wish to apply for and ask for your application on file to be considered for whatever property you are interested in.
Please note, if you submit an application, we sadly cannot respond to everyone. You will only be contacted if you are successfully shortlisted for a viewing. Including as much detailed information as you can will only make your application stronger!
