With it’s own private entrance at the back of the house, enter into the open planned living area with laminate flooring throughout. This suite has been well looked after and offers windows and plenty of space for a couch, entertainment system and a small dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave.
Down the hall is the bathroom with a shower over the tub, the bedroom with a built in open closet space with 8 drawers. A separate room at the back of the hallway features a washer and dryer and space for storage.
The lower level tenants will have access to the back yard, a small storage shed at the side of the house and parking space located at the back of the house that can accommodate 2 small vehicles.
The upper level is occupied by a long term tenant also managed by Green Door Property Management and BC Hydro, Water/Sewer/Garbage will be split (60% upper/40% lower) and the upper tenants will have access to the garage at the back of the house.
Pets negotiable for the right tenants.

$1,500.00 per month + Wi-Fi & Cable + 40% of BC Hydro & Water/Sewer/Garbage.

An amount of $40.00 will be added to the base rent for the estimated cost of the District of Invermere Utilities (water, sewer & garbage).
Available February 1st, 2025 for long term rent. A 12 month fixed term to be signed with the option to extend.
This suite is suitable for 1 person or 1 couple.
The approved tenant of the suite will be responsible for maintaining the back yard; snow removal in the winter months.
