that there’s any magic involved in offering

We do believe however that it’s all about knowing how to be a good listener, how to deal with all kinds of people, be fair, help out, and make life in the Columbia Valley that little bit easier. It’s about exercising common sense, fixing things that go wrong, keeping promises and ultimately, keeping people happy.
Although it doesn’t involve magic, we understand that we need to know what we are doing and love doing it… and that is what Green Door Property Management is all about.
Green Door Property Management offers long-term and seasonal rental and property management in the beautiful Columbia Valley of British Columbia. Properties are available at Invermere, Windermere, Fairmont Hot Springs, Radium Hot Springs and Panorama Mountain Village. Accommodations include cabin, lower level suite, condo, apartment, detached, single family home, duplex, townhome or acreage properties, available to rent in this beautiful area. Who We Are
We are a small team of 3 form the UK. Jayde and Aimée are the new company owners and managers whilst Ben Green Is the founder and Associate Broker with many years of experienced. Jayde Cooke is the newly licensed Managing Broker and Property Manager who primarily focuses on the operational side of the business. Aimée Tweddell-Brown is the Office Manager who focuses on the accounting and administrative side. Together we work as a great team providing efficient responses to Owner and Tenant requests and there is always a member of our team available to assist in any way.
