This condo is part of a Strata and snow removal in common areas is included. Garbage facilities are on site in addition to allocated parking + guest parking. The Strata also looks after an coordinates annual cleaning of the wood stove.
Pets negotiable for the right tenant. The Strata limits pets to one cat OR one dog.
