In a prime Invermere location, enter into this spacious home on the main level where you enter into the open plan carpeted living area. The front of the house features a quaint porch with space for small patio furniture. The living room features a propane fireplace for ambience and a projector attached to the ceiling equipped with a screen which drops down in front of the large front room window- perfect for movie nights!

From the living room entering into the kitchen, is space for a dining area. The kitchen, located at the back of the main floor, is equipped with an oven and stove top, a fridge/freezer, an over the range microwave and dishwasher. Off from the kitchen, is the back entry of the house which exits onto a yard (the yard will not be available for upper level tenants) and in the back entry entrance is space to create your own pantry! A half bathroom, with a toilet and sink, is also located on the same level.

The staircase leads up to the second floor, home to 3 bedrooms all with closet space. The master bedroom, with a walk in closet and which could fit a king bed, has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub. The second and third bedrooms are slightly smaller, still suitable to be used as bedrooms or can be converted to office space. The third bedroom could accommodate a queen bed. The upper level tenants will be provided with 1 street parking space in front of the house and use of the garage located at the back of the house for storage. The back yard will be used by the lower level tenants who will have their own private entry.

Tenants will be responsible for maintaining the front lawn in the summer months and shoveling snow in the winter months.

Available March 1st, 2026 for a 12 month fixed term with the option to extend.

Pets are negotiable for the right tenant.

$2,200.00 per month + Wi-Fi & Cable, Propane + 60% of BC Hydro & District of Invermere Utilities (Water, Sewer & Garbage). The tenants will pay an additional $60.00 per month towards the estimated cost of the DoI utilities. Every 6 months, a copy of the bill will be received by Green Door Property Management who will then calculate whether the tenant has overpaid or underpaid over the 6 month period and either the additional cost will be due within 30 days or the overpayment will be deducted from the next months rent.

The property has been professionally cleaned with a carpet clean ready for move in.

BC Hydro & DoI utilities are billed for the whole property including the lower level suite which is occupied by long term tenants and also managed by Green Door Property Management. The upper level tenants are responsible for 60% of the bill and the lower level tenants are responsible for 40%.

As this is a shared property, the upper level tenants must be mindful of the lower level suite and noise.
