Sit comfortably inside or out to enjoy spectacular lake and mountain views right from your living room or the spacious deck.
Upper floor features a light open master bedroom with 3 piece en-suite – with it’s own private deck, two bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The lower level of this condo has been fully finished and includes a 4th bedroom, full bathroom with tub, full laundry facilities and a walk-out patio. The primary heat source for the property is a forced air, gas (propane) furnace.
Terra Vista is located on the east shore of Lake Windermere, in the Columbia Valley BC. The Columbia Valley has something to offer in all-seasons and will be the perfect base for any avid winter enthusiast. The worlds largest whiteway offers you access to the lake for many winter activities – cross-country skiing, skating, walking, snow golf, ice fishing and anything else you can think of! This area is a perfect base, only a short drive to golf courses, hot springs, not to mention a central location for all the ski resorts along the ‘Powder Highway’. Panorama Mountain Village is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a windy mountain road, it offers downhill and cross-country skiing, golfing, trail rides, biking and hiking – fun for all seasons. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively, and both offer water activities at the hot springs, creeks and rivers, and after a hard day skiing at Fairmont Ski Hill, you can have a warm soak!
This condo has 1 allocated surface parking space. Guest parking is also available on a first come first serve basis.
There will be an additional charge of $93.00 per month in addition to the base rent for the Wi-Fi, cable and phone.
