The kitchen has a stove top (no oven), microwave, brand new dishwasher and a fridge. Enter the condo through a shared entrance where the brand new full sized washer and dryer are located. From the hallway, enter the condo through the private entrance. Laundry facilities are used by tenants of this property only and are not used by any other residents of the Villas.
The spacious bedroom features a king bed, closet space and an entrance to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom can be accessed by another door via the open concept living space. The bathroom features a large tub.
Fairmont is the perfect base for an adventurer with access to hiking & biking trails from your door. Multi-season fun is waiting for you at the famous Hot Springs as they are less than 2 km away (hike or drive), while Radium Hot Springs is around a 25 minute drive north.
You are central to winter activities as we sit on the “Powder Highway”. 35 minutes from Panorama, moments from Fairmont and 90 minutes from Kicking Horse, Kimberley and Sunshine ski hills. As a result of the snowfall – there is also Cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobiling and heli-skiing available in the area.
