Green Door Property Management is happy to offer this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom furnished condo at the Akiskinook Resort, Windermere, BC either for the winter season only or long term rent.
Akiskinook is a charming private lakefront community located on the “warm side of the Rockies” on the shores south of Invermere, British Columbia. Tenants and their guests can meet and play in the Recreation center which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, multi-purpose court, recreation area (with Wi-Fi) and a meeting room.
Access the condo down a flight of stairs from the parking area and enter by accessing the large wrap around deck with patio furniture and a BBQ.
Enter the condo into the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area where you will find modern furnishings and appliances. The living room has a wood burning fireplace which is a beautiful little touch to make those winter nights a little more cozier, and plenty of seating. There is a smart TV and the dining table sits 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Off from the dining room is a closet with brand new laundry facilities and a full sized bathroom with a shower over a tub. The 1 bedroom has closet space and a large bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin.)
This condo is spacious, clean and due to the light colors and large windows, is very bright.
Windermere is centrally located in the Columbia Valley just off Highway 93/95. Downtown Invermere is less than a 10 minute drive, Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs are 15 minutes north or south.
Available October 1st, 2022 for a 6 month fixed term only with no option to extend or a 12 month fixed term.
Pets considered. Only 1 small dog or 1 cat.
$1,200.00 per month + BC Hydro (Wi-Fi, Water & Sewer are included).
The property does not offer Cable but a Firestick is provided with access to streaming services (Netflix etc.)
