Green Door Property Management is pleased to offer this partly furnished one bedroom, one bathroom condo at The Twin Peaks Lodge at Panorama Mountain Resort, BC  for long term rent- steps from the ski hill & hot pools!!

Accessed by stairs or an elevator from the building lobby, this second floor condo with views of the ski hill, has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

Enter into the condo with the bathroom to your right, next to a small closet space. The bathroom features a shower over the tub. From entering the condo, the un-equipped kitchen is to your right; with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven & stove top only. There is a dining table that seats 4, the living room is towards the back of the condo with a coffee and side table, an electric fireplace & a patio door that takes you to the deck with a patio table and chairs, and a view of the ski hill! From the living room is a sizeable bedroom with a king sized bed, sliding mirrored closet doors and a small storage locker and portable AC unit within the closet. Please note we do not supply linens and towels.

The Twin Peaks Lodge, on the ground level, has a communal laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, each $2.00 a load (as of 2023), a separate ski locker room with your own allocated locker (tenants responsible for purchasing lock) and a beverage vending machine. The Lodge has underground parking and communal storage area for use (items are left at the tenants own risk) and also a basic garbage enclosure.

You’re sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include a ski rental store and a café which can be accessed from the back entrance of the building. Steps from the back entrance is the ski hill and the Springs building; home to the hot pools and hot tub, which the tenant will have complimentary access to.

Available from August 1s, 2026, for a 12 month fixed term to be signed with the option to extend.

Monthly rental rate of $1,700.00 per month including all utilities (BC Hydro, Water/Sewer & Wi-Fi & Cable).

No smoking/vaping.

One small to medium sized pet with a strong pet reference will be considered.

Condo is suitable for 1 persons or couple only.
