The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Both bathrooms are showers over tubs. From the living room, access the deck through double doors with stunning views, patio furniture and a BBQ.
Access to a fitness room and outdoor hot tub are included. During the summer months there is also an outdoor swimming pool. This unit comes with 1 underground parking stall. James Chabot beach and the shores of Lake Windermere are steps away. Adventure on the lake can be found throughout the year with canoeing to wake surfing in the summer and the Whiteway in the winter provides a 17km groomed trail and numerous rinks – the perfect playground for skating and cross country skiing.
Downtown Invermere is less than a 10 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness center and grocery stores. Through the winter a free Panorama Mountain Village shuttle bus stops right across the street. Panorama is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.
