The condo is located on the top floor of a unique and well managed strata complex, where the deck faces south westerly with a view of trees and mountains from the deck and bedrooms.

The living space is open plan, offering a fully equipped kitchen with black appliances (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher). The dining table seats four people. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a corner gas fireplace and flat screen TV.

The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, each has its own walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other a bathtub to soak in. The master bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto the deck. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. There is a small den which would be perfect for an office. The deck is complete with patio furniture.

Free access to the Sable Ridge hot tub and seasonal swimming pool is included.

Sable Ridge is a small quiet development conveniently situated within easy access of all the amenities of Radium Hot Springs. Only 15 minutes from Invermere, the condo is two blocks east of Radium Hot Springs quaint main street where you will find a fantastic coffee shop, restaurants, pubs, a grocery store offering all the essentials and specialty stores. Two blocks south brings you the communal ball ground and childrens’ playground. Walk or drive to the famous Radium Hot Springs less than 2 kilometers away. The perfect base for an adventurer, Radium Hot Springs offers hiking trails from your door, easy access to the wetlands and Kootenay National Park, not to mention a central location for all the ski resorts along the ‘Powder Highway’.
