Located on the second floor, this unit features an open patio overlooking the rocky mountains. The advertised price includes BC hydro.
Entering the unit through a short entrance hall, this unit features an open concept living room, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. The living and dining room is cozy and includes basic furnishings and a TV. The living room includes a gas fireplace and has a walk out patio with a small grill.
The master bedroom is spacious with ceiling fan, a closet next to the en-suite bathroom which has a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and basic furniture. Linens and towels are optional. The unit has a second full bathroom with another bathtub/shower and laundry room off the entry which offers storage space.
The Aspen is located in the heart of Radium Hot Springs where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, a grocery store and an array of specialty stores. The famous Hot Springs are less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. The Aspen has an outside garbage facility and parking, the underground stall and storage unit are not included with this rental. Parking will be street parking and is on a first come first serve basis.
Only 15 minutes from Invermere, the condo is a short drive from the communal ball ground and childrens’ playground. Walk or drive to the famous Radium Hot Springs less than 2 kilometres away. The perfect base for an adventurer Radium Hot Springs offers hiking trails from your door, easy access to the wetlands and Kootenay National Park, not to mention a central location for all the ski resorts along the ‘Powder Highway’.
