Green Door Property Management is pleased to offer this one of a kind fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dog friendly home for Seasonal rental at the gated Ridge View Resort in Radium Hot Springs, BC.
Want to feel like you’re on vacation for 5 months? Well this property, located in a gated, safe and friendly community, is the home for you!
With a large spacious drive way, enter into the house straight into the fun room with a large pool table and double doors leading out to a patio. From the pool table room, you enter into the open plan living and dining area. With a large cozy corner sofa and TV, the living room is perfect for winding down after a day of Winter fun. Off from the living area is the dining area with a table that comfortably seats 6. From the back of the dining table is another patio door leading to the walk out patio with patio furniture and a large yard. Back inside the property, on the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven. Off from the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and TV and the shower room which also holds the stackable washing machine and dryer.
On the second level, you walk up the staircase into a cozy seating nook and to the right, is a spacious second bedroom with an electric fireplace, king sized bed, TV and another walk out deck with stunning mountain views.
This beautiful mountain home has a large back yard and the property owners are allowing a maximum of 2 dogs at the property with no limits on size of breed, so with the fenced dog run in the back yard, this house is perfect for dog owners.
Lucky tenants will have full access to the one of a kind resort recreation center. Included is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, a games room with a foosball table, air hockey table, table tennis table and a shuffle board. There is also a business center for those working remotely and want a change of scenery and also a comfortable seating area and small library.
A short 3 minute drive from the Resort is downtown Radium Hot Springs where you will find all necessities needed including a grocery store, restaurants, bars, a brewery, a library, gift stores and the famous Hot Spring pools is a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Invermere is an approximate 20 minute drive south where you will find the World famous Whiteway, the world’s longest natural ice rink. You are central to winter activities as we sit on the “Powder Highway”. 3o minutes from Panorama or Fairmont and 90 minutes from Kicking Horse, Kimberley and Sunshine ski hills. As a result of the snowfall – there is also Cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobiling and heli-skiing available in the area.

$1,950.00 per month + BC Hydro, Wi-Fi & Cable (water & sewer is included).
Tenants will be responsible for shoveling snow from the driveway and decks/patios.
Please note: the wood burning fireplace featured in the photos of the living room will not be in use during the tenancy. The hot tub, fire pit and surrounding furniture will also not be in use during the tenancy.
