This unfurnished two bedroom, one bathroom suite is located on 13th Avenue, Invermere, BC, within walking distance to the elementary school. Newly renovated and never occupied, it has all new kitchen appliances and in suite laundry. The property is shared with the upper level tenants but both levels are completely private with separate entrances and laundry facilities. Only the driveway is shared with up to two vehicles permitted.

The entrance at the left side of the property accessing the bright spacious living room with laminate floors throughout. The bathroom is on the left after the first bedroom, which has a bathtub/shower. There is small flight of stairs to a lower level with a kitchen and a sizeable dining area.  The master bedroom just behind the kitchen has closet space. There is also an enclosed grass back yard area shared with the other side of the duplex and includes a small tool shed. Yard maintenance will be a tenants shared responsibility including maintaining the lawn and pulling weeds in the Summer and shoveling snow in the Winter.
