Green Door Property Management is pleased to offer this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished condo for long term rental at the Copperhorn Towne condo’s in the picturesque town of Radium Hot Springs, BC – the gateway to the Rocky Mountains.

Radium Hot Springs’ Main Street is located a 1 minute drive south of the Copperhorn Towne condo’s where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, a grocery store, a community ball diamond, a children’s playground and an array of specialty stores. The famous Hot Springs are less than a 5 minute drive from the condo.

Located on the second floor, enter the open concept living room with a wood stove in the corner, large windows and access to the patio with a BBQ. The living space has laminate flooring which continues into the dining area where you will find a dining table that seats 4, and the fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove and an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and basic kitchen utensils. Continue down the corridor to two spacious bedrooms. The unit has a 1 small storage room. One bathroom has a shower over the tub and the second en-suite bathroom has a shower only. This condo also has laundry facilities. The condo, part of a Strata, has also very recently had a renovation of the back deck.

Radium is the perfect base for an adventurer. You can access hiking & biking trails from your door. Multi-season fun is waiting for you at the famous Radium Hot Springs as they are less than 2 km away (hike or drive), while Fairmont Hot Springs is around a 20 minute drive south.

Summer activities surround you everywhere you go in the Columbia Valley. Firstly, it is easy for you to find your way  to several lakes, beaches, picnic areas, playgrounds, rivers and the wetlands. More importantly, magnificent views will surround you wherever you are. Another highlight is that golf courses are abound for whatever skill level you are – there are 10 courses moments from you. There are many more in Kimberley, Cranbrook and Canmore 90 minutes away. Finally, a new treat for you daredevils, are the two different zip line companies in both Fairmont and Radium. All activities are easily accessible whether you are a beginner or a more advanced athlete.

You are central to winter activities as we sit on the “Powder Highway”. 30 minutes from Panorama or Fairmont and 90 minutes from Kicking Horse, Kimberley and Sunshine ski hills. As a result of the snowfall – there is also Cross-country skiing, skating, snowmobiling and heli-skiing available in the area. Radium Hot Springs is also 1-1/2 hour south of Banff and Lake Louis eand 3 hours from Calgary.

Pets considered. The Strata only allows 1 cat or 1 dog.
