Green Door Property Management is pleased to offer this furnished condo for long term rental at the Peaks Resort in the heart of Radium Hot Springs, gateway to the Columbia Valley and Rocky Mountains.
This spacious furnished condo is located on the second floor, accessibly by elevator and stairs, where the deck faces south with a view of the Purcell Mountains. The living space is open plan, offering a fully equipped kitchen with black appliances (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and a breakfast bar. The dining room can be accessed through the kitchen and living room and the dining table seats six people. The living room features basic furniture, a TV and a propane fireplace and leads out to a deck with mountain views and patio furniture. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, each has its own bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Heated underground parking with a storage locker is included as well as on site garbage. Free access to the Peaks indoor hot tub and seasonal swimming pool is included.
The Peaks in Radium Hot Springs is a small quiet development conveniently situated within easy access of all the amenities of this mountain town. Only 15 minutes from Invermere, the condo is two blocks east of Radium Hot Springs quaint main street where you will find a fantastic coffee shop, restaurants, pubs, a grocery store offering all the essentials and specialty stores. Two blocks south brings you to the communal ball ground and children’s’ playground. Walk or drive to the famous Radium Hot Springs less than 2 kilometers away. The perfect base for an adventurer, Radium Hot Springs offers hiking trails from your door, easy access to the wetlands and Kootenay National Park, not to mention a central location for all the ski resorts along the ‘Powder Highway’.
Available October 2024 for long term rent. A 12 month fixed-term to be signed with the option to extend – move in date to be discussed in the viewing.
