Due to the rural location of the property, normal internet service i.e Telus & Shaw, is not available. Starlink, a reputable company providing Wi-Fi service to rural properties, can provide service however there is a cost for the hardware and then a monthly subscription after. The previous tenants already have the hardware at the property and are offering to sell it to the next tenants for a one time fee $1,500.00. We suggest contacting Starlink prior to scheduling a viewing to ensure their service is suitable for you and your Wi-Fi needs.

Tenants will be required to pay for yearly professional cleans of the fireplace and to maintain the lawns and surrounding areas throughout the year (shoveling in the winter, cutting grass in the summer).

Tenants are not permitted to ride recreational vehicles (dirt bikes/side by sides etc.) on the property grounds.
