Off from the kitchen is the open dining area with a dining table that sits 6 and patio doors that lead to a small deck. A small office space is located off from the dining area with double doors. On the same level is a half bathroom with a toilet and sink and an entrance to the garage.

Downtown Invermere is less than a 10 minute drive where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness center and grocery stores. Through the Winter a free Panorama Mountain Village shuttle bus stops throughout downtown Invermere. Panorama is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.
Adventure on the lake can be found throughout the year with canoeing to wake surfing in the summer and the Whiteway in the winter provides a 17km groomed trail and numerous rinks – the perfect playground for skating and cross country skiing.

Water will be an additional estimated amount of $40.00 per month, BC Hydro is approximately $80.00 per month in the Summer and $200.00 per month in the Winter. Propane is an estimate of $255.00 per month.

This property includes access to the common area amenities of Timber Ridge including the private beach, the private beachfront park with playground, a private boat launch, and tennis courts. The property owner however will retain the gate pass and parking pass from the period of July 1, 2023-August 15,2023. The successful tenants can still access the amenities during this timeframe (not incl. private boat launch) by walking from the property, approximately 25 minutes to the beach.
