Pull up in to the driveway providing room for more than one vehicle and enter the property onto the main level into the open plan living room with a propane fireplace and a staircase leading up to the top floor. From the living room with 2 couches, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a small pantry, an oven, a dishwasher, microwave and a fridge freezer. Off from the kitchen is the open dining area with a dining table that sits 6 and patio doors that lead to a small deck. A small office space is located off from the dining area with double doors. On the same level is a half bathroom with a toilet and sink and an entrance to the garage.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 closets and a door leading to a small balcony, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower over the tub.
The lower level has a second living room area with doors leading to another deck, a small room with laundry facilities, the 3rd bedroom with a small double bed and a second bathroom with a shower only. Another door on this level leads you to the basement where you will find ample storage space.
Downtown Invermere is less than a 10 minute drive where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness center and grocery stores. Through the Winter a free Panorama Mountain Village shuttle bus stops throughout downtown Invermere. Panorama is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.
Adventure on the lake can be found throughout the year with canoeing to wake surfing in the summer and the Whiteway in the winter provides a 17km groomed trail and numerous rinks – the perfect playground for skating and cross country skiing.
$1950.00 per month + BC Hydro, Propane, Water and Wi-Fi & Cable.
Water will be an additional estimated amount of $40.00 per month, BC Hydro is approximately $80.00 per month in the Summer and $200.00 per month in the Winter. Propane is an estimate of $255.00 per month.
Available for a fixed term from January, 2023-May 31st, 2024. No option to extend.
Pets allowed. Only 1 dog or 1 cat.
This property includes access to the common area amenities of Timber Ridge including the private beach, the private beachfront park with playground, a private boat launch, and tennis courts. The property owner however will retain the gate pass and parking pass from the period of July 1, 2023-August 15,2023. The successful tenants can still access the amenities during this timeframe (not incl. private boat launch) by walking from the property, approximately 25 minutes to the beach.
