The popular Kinsmen Beach is a short 5 minute drive away where you can find heaps of Summer fun. In the Winter, the lake becomes the worlds longest natural ice rink; The Whiteway and allows fat biking, skating, cross country skiing and ice fishing.

Downtown Invermere is less than a 25 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness center and grocery stores. $2,100.00 per month plus + Wi-Fi, Cable, BC Hydro & Water/Sewer.

A additional $100.00 per month will be added to the base rent as an estimated cost towards the District of Invermere utilities (water, sewer, garbage). Every 6 months, a bill will be received and it will be calculated if the tenant has overpaid or underpaid the total bill. Any over payments will be deducted from the next months rent amount and any under payment will be due within 30 days of the tenant receiving a copy of the bill.

Available from May 16th, 2024 for long term rent. A fixed term of 12 months to be signed with the option to extend.
