A additional $100.00 per month will be added to the base rent as an estimated cost towards the District of Invermere utilities (water, sewer, garbage). Every 6 months, a bill will be received and it will be calculated if the tenant has overpaid or underpaid the total bill. Any over payments will be deducted from the next months rent amount and any under payment will be due within 30 days of the tenant receiving a copy of the bill.
BC Hydro is an average of $200.00 per billing cycle based on 2 occupants.
Yard maintenance including pulling weeds and mowing the grass in the summer, and shoveling snow will be a tenant responsibility.
Tenants will be responsible for the professional cleaning of the chimney every year before burning season. The chimney will be professionally cleaned prior to a tenant moving in.
