The front patio can be accessed through the dining room with with an open sheltered conservatory area to the left and outside seating with a BBQ and patio furniture to the right. The main bathroom is just right off the entry where you have a bathtub shower and laundry facilities, walk through closet that leads to the master bedroom which has a queen bed with two doors for entry. Basement stairs with carpeted floors lead just off the kitchen and downstairs you will find a small recreational living room, a second bedroom to the right with a queen bed and ample closet space. Down the hallway from the second bedroom there is a second bathroom with a shower and a third bedroom with double and single bunkbeds.

Windermere is located in the heart of the Columbia Valley. The Columbia Valley has something to offer in all-seasons and will be the perfect base for any avid winter enthusiast. The worlds largest whiteway; Windermere Lake, offers you access to the lake for many winter activities – cross-country skiing, skating, walking, snow golf, ice fishing and anything else you can think of!  This area is a perfect base, only a short drive to golf courses, hot springs, not to mention a central location for all the ski resorts along the ‘Powder Highway’. Panorama Mountain Village is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a windy mountain road, it offers downhill and cross-country skiing, golfing, trail rides, biking and hiking – fun for all seasons.  The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively, and both offer water activities at the hot springs, creeks and rivers, and after a hard day skiing at Fairmont Ski Hill, you can have a warm soak!
